In shocking scenes, members of a local vigilante group in Peru have stormed a nightclub, whipping and shoving dozens of female employees. Footage shot in Cajamarca showed masked and hooded members of the unnamed group descending on the Alondra nightclub, with around 50 women, believed to be club employees, seen fleeing the building as the vigilantes lashed them with whips. According to local media, the group said that it conducts these kinds of operations to eradicate prostitution and crime. Report by Sophie Foster.
